Paris Adventures Day 2 (13/8/15) - The Louvre

Hiya!

The second day in Paris was spent in the Louvre Museum. I walked all over the place, from one end to another, from top to bottom, and ended up with dead feet and legs. But it was worth it - I found some very nice statues of buff Greek and Roman guys to drool at ;)

Just kidding!

Kind of...

It was actually really cool to see famous artworks such as the Mona Lisa and the statue of Venus de Milo, as well as the very golden Apollo Gallery and the glamorous Napoleon III Apartments.

Madame Lisa draws crowds

It's a terrible picture, but that's what a layer of thick glass over a painting tends to do to photos...
Also, I'm just not a very good photographer, and didn't really spend that much time editing :(

Venus de Milo
I'm not going to 'arm you, I was just wondering if you needed a hand!

And now photos of statues...

...and plates?

Paris, a Trojan hero (inner fangirl is happy!)

Sorry, couldn't resist a cool-angled shot :)

And this here is the goddess Thetis, mother of Achilles (inner fangirl squealing now <3)

This wasn't staged, I swear

I love you
