Morden Hall Park - The Return!

I did say I was going to go back, didn't I?

It's not often we get sunny days in the UK (though actually the weather has been amazing for a few weeks now), so I'm trying to make the most of it. This time, I went prepared - armed with my trusty camera and lots more time to spare! I spent the afternoon in Morden Hall Park, having a lovely time taking photos of just about everything, lazing on the grass and soaking up the sun.

'Oh! It's a "water sausage."' A quotation in a quotation...quote-ception!

I love you

Morden Hall Park

I briefly visited Morden Hall Park at the weekend, and now I wish I'd known about it sooner. It's not particularly extraordinary, but I love the fact that such a calming and gorgeous place is so close to the busy town centre. It really contrasts with its surroundings, which I think makes it much more appreciated.

There's also a lovely rose garden, the River Wandle which runs through the park, and an abundance of water Pokemon - what more can one ask for?

Sorry about the bad photo quality - I took these with my phone rather than my DSLR, and now I must make do with the consequences...

I love you
