Hiya!
After waking up at 7am to finish packing, and a 6-hour drive later, I am now in Cornwall!
I'm staying in a resort in the middle of nowhere, and so close to sheep and cows that when I opened the window I was immediately graced with their lovely baa-ing and moo-ing.
The lodge itself is amazing - two floors of an interesting combination of rustic charm and modern elegance. The bathrooms are my favourite though - with spa baths and fancy toiletries. As in, there are fricking holes in the bathtub. Bubble holes.
And don't get me started on the sauna. Which, yes, is also included in our lodge. Just between one of the many bathrooms and one of the many bedrooms, there is a sauna. What!?

It's so gorgeous here :)
Anyway, other than settling in and exploring the resort, I haven't really done anything else. There's a pretty cute vegetable garden, a fun little kid's playground (trust me, I would know...) and even crazy golf. And there's still a woodland walk and deer park to check out...
Tomorrow, we shall see.
